3rd world version of Brittlestar Park

Poisonous snake in the house???

semi-overcast 65 °F

Across the street from the house we rented for 2 nights in Samaipata there is a playground that the kids loved.

So we made it back down from the mountains to find the 3 Malloy kids. Jerome, who is 13, loves snakes. He had some sort of lime green tree snake on the back patio. It has been windy here and the wind blew the lid off the box where he had the snake. Now there is no more snake, which made him sad. We have no idea where the snake could be. It didn't help matters that he thought it could quite possibly be in the house. And did we mention that it is poisonous? But Jerome said it is ok because it cant kill you.

Not to mention the fact that Roxanne, 14, was bitten by a rattlesnake a few weeks ago while playing hide and go seek around their house. That made me feel real comfortable when I took the kids to the park by their house and Roxanne, who is not scared at all of snakes says "lets play hide and seek!!!"
